The Complete History of the Old Testament in Twenty Minutes | Sense and Sensibility

The Complete History of the Old Testament in Twenty Minutes
By Tom. S. Long

The Old Testament performed in just twenty minutes? Cecil be DeMille would be jealous! This is an innovative, funny (and brief!) glance at the Bible. Told with movement, verse and sound, our favorite characters from the Bible are all here…under just a little pressure from the timer.

Sense and Sensibility
by Kate Hamill

This playful adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel follows the fortunes and misfortunes of the Dashwood sisters, Elinor, and Marianne. Set in gossipy 18th century England, this play is full of humor, emotional depth, and staged with bold theatricality. Sense and Sensibility examines our reactions, both reasonable and ridiculous, to societal pressures.

  • Thursday, May 4 - 7pm

Lion and Mouse Stories | Sense & Sensibility

Lion and Mouse Stories
By
Colleen Neuman

Lion and Mouse Stories is a unique adaptation of four folk tales: a tiger is tricked by a very clever jackal; a mouse outsmarts the engineer of a better mousetrap; a vain lion buys an invisible tail when his has somehow slithered away; and in the final story, the King of the Jungle is undone by his subjects. Told with comedy, movement, and sound, this is a fresh look at two favorite folktale characters that all ages will thoroughly enjoy!
