All classes are co-ed—physical and spiritual exercise!
CARDIO-STRENGTH: Appropriate for ALL LEVELS. Multiple instructors in class show chair, basic, and advanced options in class. Bring handheld weights or a band, mat, water, exercise shoes, and comfortable clothes. Come for fun, fellowship, and enthusiasm!
POWER STRENGTH: APPROPRIATE FOR ADVANCED EXERCISERS (no chair or basic options). WEIGHTS ONLY (high-reps). Standing and floor work. Bring 2 sets of weights (Men: up to 12 and 15lbs; women: up to 8 and 10lbs).
BOOT CAMP: APPROPRIATE FOR ADVANCED EXERCISERS (no chair or basic options). Running, push- ups, floor work, interval training, indoor/outdoor. VERY INTERACTIVE AND HIGH-ENERGY CLASS. COME FOR A CHALLENGE—NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY! (All participants MUST have an updated health history questionnaire on file and must be pre-approved by the instructor to participate).
DANCE BLAST: NEW! Fashioned after gym cardio-dance classes, this program integrates Latin, Urban, Ballroom, and multi-cultural dance steps from around the world--all set to Christian praise music! This class may vary between 60 min of cardio dance or 30 min of cardio dance fused with either 30 min of strength training or Pilates. FUN cardio/core strength work-out! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
